Topic: Scrap Recovery
This lovely, lacy heart is an image from that stamp catalog I scrapped out. I colored with Copic markers and stamped the sentiment in the center. Then I used Liquid Pearls to embellish the tiny teardrop marks around the edge.
I cut around with a craft knife and layered on black 'quilted' paper over a peach card base.
